Baderian, Ruth (1927-2010). Loving wife of the late Steven G. Baderian. Mother of Steven (Wally) and Louise McClellan (George). Beloved grandmother to Joy, Keri, Alex, Patrick, and Maud. Sister of Jack Tietjen and an inspiration to many. Ruth was a well recognized artist and teacher. Her floral and landscape watercolor and oil works are celebrated both nationally and internationally. Ruth studied at the Art Students League in New York City. She was a member of many prominent painting societies including the American Watercolor Society and has won many awards. "Painting for me is a reflection, a visualization of beauty and emotion, a chronicle of moment and mood" - Ruth Baderian. Visitation Tuesday 2-5 and 7-9 pm at Weigand Bros Funeral Home 49 Hillside Ave., Williston Park, NY. Religious service Wednesday 10am at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
