Ruth was a dear friend, an amazing painter, and such a wonderful lady. After meeting her in a Tim Clark watercolor workshop in Hawaii, I painted with her around the world and exchanged ideas with her in the interims. She always brought joy, wisdom, and happiness with her, and I enjoyed painting beside her, learning something new each time. My heart goes out to her family.
