I can remember visiting Aunt Rosie at her house near where her sister, my grandmother lived. I would walk in to an abundance of laughter and lots of cooking! All the sisters were in the kitchen with their aprons on cooking up wonderful Italian food and having a great time! I also loved going downstairs to visit my great grandfather, her father. I always felt comfort in visiting with him even though he spoke little English. We would talk and just sit together. All wonderful memories and she will be missed. Love Lori-Ann

I was in a band with Roses son Tony for years. We would practice a number of times a week in the Guistra family basement. To say we were A loud band is an understatement....we were LOUD!! Rose would never say a word about the volume...and im sure if the neighbors had complained she would had a few words with them!! One of my fondest memories of Rose was when the band took a break, here she comes down the stairs with her arms filled with fantastic home made Italian food !! Thank you Rose for being so kind and understanding....You will be missed.. God Bless....Dave Stein
