Obituary of Deborah Wallace

Deborah Wallace, 64, of Naples, FL formerly of Bellerose, Queens passed on Wednesday, September 7th, 2022. Deborah was a dedicated nurse who worked at Stepping Stone Day School in Kew Gardens, NY for over twenty five years. For the last two years of her life, she lived in Naples, FL where she retired and spent her time surrounded by friends and sunshine. Deborah was preceded in death by her parents, John and Thelma Cherka. Surviving is her devoted husband of thirty seven years, John Wallace; loving daughters, Brittney and Shannon Wallace; sister Linda Williams and her husband Jimmy; nephews Brian and Michael.  

Visitation will be held Monday, September 12th from 2pm to 5pm and 6pm to 9pm at Weigan Brothers Funeral Home, 49 Hillside Avenue in Williston Park. A Funeral Liturgy will be offered on Tuesday, September 13th at 10:45am at Saint Sebastian Church, 58-02 Roosevelt Avenue in Woodside. Burial will follow at Saint Charles Cemetery, 2015 Wellwood Ave in Farmingdale.
