Auntie Lilia, I wish I could give you one more hug. Without hesitation you kindly helped me as much as you could. You gave me words of wisdom that I can still hear you saying after 30 plus years. Thank you for that. Thank you for calling my mom as much as you did, even when you were not feeling well. Thank you for your adobo, haha, I tell people that was the best adobo I ever had- it ended my 1 year of vegetarianism but so worth it. You are an amazing, strong, kind-hearted woman. I thank God for you. May you Rest In Peace auntie Lilia.

Going to miss you Auntie Lilia! Rest In Peace in Heaven. My memories of you go way back to my elementary years. Those memories are surrounded by families, food, and weddings.
My thoughts and prayers to the Families.
May God’s embrace fill you all with comfort, peace, and wisdom. xo Joyce Campos Laswell

Countless memories and conversations flood my mind. I can't put into words how much I miss you Lola. No more pain, no more suffering, no more health scares...but I miss you so much. I wasn't ready to lose you but I feel comfort knowing you are with Lolo again and more family/friends. I love you so much Lola. Forever and always. Until we meet again.

Mom, I am sad by your departure. I wasn't ready for you to leave us, and I am worried to live my life without you and your strength and wisdom guiding my way. You are reunited with dad, and this brings me peace and comfort. Until we meet again. I love you both.

I’ll never forget when you would babysit me and get mad over my “experiments” like pouring water into your penny jar, or when I locked the key to the room inside it. I missed that and now I’ll treasure it even more. I’ll miss you so much Lola rest well <3

Mrs. A, as I called her has been very special to me. She has always shared and did everything when relating to me, for my best interest. She treated me like a son, on so many occasions. She reminds me of my own mother, so much love, so much kindness and so much wisdom. She is always reminded me to always put God first, in everything. She is always reminded me to do my best at school to focus on my studies. She was always looking for additional ways to help, and to support me in my goals in life.

I will miss grandma because she was very kind and always gave me a dollar when I helped her. I will miss her personality and her kindness.

I still remember being carried around as a toddler with you singing to me after breakfast. You always had the answers and made me feel like everything was going to be ok. Although I fear to live in a world without my mother, I will never forget any time spent with you and I will see you again someday.
