Jim and Mary have been an important part of our lives for so many years that it is hard to believe they are both gone.Mary was Jim’s older sister and baby sitter. We will have so many memories to remember them. Their children and grandchildren are a testament to their love and family values. We are sure Mary and Jim are very proud of all of them. We are both also very proud of all of them and the very special attention they paid to Mary in her final days. We were also blessed to be able to spend time with her at the end. May Jim and Mary rest together in God’s Heaven.

Dear Mom, We had a wonderful service and celebration of your life. Many friends and families came to visit and all had pleasant and loving stories to share about you. You were clearly loved by many. We gave you a proper Catholic send off and the priest at St Aidan's presided over a very touching Mass. The last year has been especially difficult for you and it was hard to see you decline. We are heartbroken to not be able to have you with us any longer. We are thankful that God has taken you into His Kingdom so you may rest in peace. We will forever love you. My children will forever miss their Meme. Thank you for being a loving grandmother to them. Please look over us from Heaven, until we meet again. Our never ending love, Suzanne, Doug, PJ, Dana and Eric Irish Prayer May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face. May the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again, May God hold you in the palm of His hand. Amen.

Meme - I am so sad to lose you and Papa in such a short period of time, but at peace knowing you two are together again. Dear Meme, My family and I are filled with sorrow knowing that you are not with us anymore, but I am also relieved that you are now free of any confusion, pain or fear and that you are resting easy alongside papa. Mom, I am heartbroken. Losing you and Papa Jim in the same year has been so hard. Being at your side everyday, holding your hand, talking to you, sharing so many memories and listening to music together in your final days meant everything to me and I know you felt comforted by me being there with you. Both you and Papa Jim have been amazing parents to me, in-laws to Linda and grandparents to Christopher and William. As the song goes “I‘m everything I am because you loved me.” You are both so deeply missed and will forever be in our hearts and in our prayers. My sorrow is only eased by knowing that you are reuniting with Papa Jim. I know that you were heartbroken when Papa passed and now your heart can be whole again. I love you both so much. I will think of you always until the day that I reunite with you.

Mom, I am sad that you have left us, but also happy that you are with Papa again. We will miss you. We have many great memories that we all share and I hope you are smiling down at us remembering them as well. Mary, I'm going to miss you very much. I'll never forget after you saw Jim you asked me to set you up. I told you I didn't set up my brothers but I would take you to the lake in PA. You two met and got along really well. After that you told me you would like to go out with him. I told him and he said why. I laughed and said I didn't know. He asked me for your number. That was over 40 years ago. You and Jim had a most special relationship. I believe you will be together fever now. I love you and will miss you very much.
