Murphy "Betty" Elizabeth J. of Flagler Beach Florida, formerly of Mineola passed away at her residence on Jan. 15, 2013 . Beloved wife of the late Patrick T. Murphy. Loving mother of Kerry Murphy & Claire Murphy. Cherished grandmother of Sean Patrick Murphy, Erin Elizabeth (Dr. William) Craddock &Meghan Marie Murphy. Devoted sister of the late Joan Schmittberger, Kathleen Plonski, John Fox & Colonel Tom Fox. Dear sister-in law of Rose Fox. Elizabeth was Director of Religious Education in several parishes for the Rockville Centre Dioceses before retiring to Florida in 2004. Visitation at the Weigand Bros. FH, 49 Hillside Ave Williston Park NY Mon. the 28th, 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass Tue. the 29th, 10 AM at St. Aidan's Church 505 Willis Ave. Williston Park. Interment to follow at Mt. St. Mary's Cem.in Flushing.
