Skarka, Doris A. (Nee Rapp) of Branford CT, formerly of Albertson NY on January 29, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Joseph J. Skarka. Devoted mother of Susan M. Miller (Ronald), JoAnn Dunn (Joel) and Kathy Skarka. Loving grandmother of Eric E. Miller (Mary), Brian M. Miller (Nuria), Keith W. Miller (Ashley), Scott J. Dunn (Tricia) and Stephen M. Dunn (Rachael). Cherished great grandmother of Valentina, Alexander and Quinn. Visitation Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Weigand Bros Funeral Home 49 Hillside Ave., Williston Park NY. Religious service Tuesday 8:00PM at the funeral home. Private cremation to follow.
