Strull Stanley Of New Hyde Park NY On Jan 5, 2011. Beloved husband of Patricia. Loving father of Craig (Liz) & the late Daniel in 1998. Cherished grandfather of Tyler & step grandson Roman Francis. Devoted step-father of Greg Gattuso (Sarah) & Douglas Gattuso. Stanley served his country in the U.S. Navy in 1944. He worked as a Bat Boy for the Brooklyn Dodgers in the late 40's & 50's before going onto a career in the NYC Police Dept. Visitation at the Weigand Bros. FH 49 Hillside Ave Williston Park NY Fri. 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Religious service Fri. 8 PM. Funeral Service Sat. 1 PM at the Community Church Of East Williston. Private cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the LI Alzheimers Foundation.
