My thoughts when I think about my grandfather center on what a truly magnificent man he was. He was a noble WWII vet that after servicing his country he then served the community by becoming a fireman in the FDNY, eventually rising to the rank of Captain. He was the most generous man I have ever known. He would do anything for anyone. He was incredibly handy and would help anyone when something needed fixing. His grandchildren will always remember him as a man that embodied the characteristics of a honorable, dedicated family man who always knew how to make every family member feel loved. God Bless you Grandpa. We will always love you and miss you!
