Krohn Mary C. (nee Totino) On December 17, 2008 of Williston Park NY. Beloved wife of Bill G. Krohn. Dear daughter of the late Clara Colucci Totino & Frank Totino. Loving mother of Michael, Robert (Kathy) & Thomas ( Patricia). Cherished grandmother of Celia, Daniel & Ryan. Mary graduated from Bay Ridge H.S. in Bklyn in 1949, graduated Brooklyn College in 1954 where she studied Chemistry, and went on to work for Union Carbide as one of the first women in the chemical industry. Bill & Mary were married in 1954 moving around the country due to Bill's military service. They returned to Bklyn in 1957 & in 1978 Mary obtained a Master's Degree in Education from C.W. Post . She went on to teach at St. Aidan's School from 1977 - 1996 after which she oversaw the Education Advocacy program for adults & children for New Ground, a charitable long term housing program,from 1997 - 2003. Visitation at the Weigand Bros. F.H. Sat & Sun. 2-5 & 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass at St Aidan's Church Mon 10 Am.
