Pellegrino (Michael) and The late Lee Chrisman (Bert). Loving grandmother of Theresa, Traci, Jason, Korilee and Michael. Cherished great grandmother of Devon, Vincent, Dakota and Keaton. Dear sister of Anthony DeMonico. Visitation will be held on Thursday and Friday from 2-4:30 and 7-9pm at Weigand Bros Funeral Home 49 Hillside Ave., Williston Park, N.Y. Funeral Mass Saturday 11:00am Saint Aidans R.C. Church. Interment to follow at Holy Rood Cemetery.
