Stephen Gentile passed away peacefully and surrounded by his family on December 26, 2024.  He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Camille.  He was the loving father of his 5 children, Suzanne (Scot), Mark (Mary), Michele (Edward), Vincent (Kathleen) and Anthony (Jaclyn), 12 grandchildren Lauren, Dan, Kristin, Kimberly, Peter, Kevin, Jamie, Stevie, Annie, Robbie, Giuliana and John, and great grandson Vincenzo.  Born in Queens on June 2, 1941, Stephen worked most of his life in the insurance industry and retired as a Senior Vice President for one of the largest insurance brokerages in the world.  Together with his wife Camille, they raised their family on Long Island and were faithful members of St. Aidan’s parish.
