Obituary of Edward G. Johnson

Edward Johnson, Long time resident of Williston Park, died on January 8 at age 100.  Beloved husband of Teresa, devoted father to Michael and Elizabeth.  Born in Manhattan, he grew up in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. He was a World War II Army veteran, and worked in the aerospace industry for many years.  He was an avid reader and science fiction fan, and loved to walk.  He was very caring and had a good heart, as well as a great sense of humor.  He loved to talk and interact with others, and was always welcoming to friends and neighbors.  He will be greatly missed by all who have had the pleasure to come in contact with him.
