Although I didn’t meet Aunt Catherine too many times in this life (on holiday as a child in the family home in Coyle, Co Sligo, much later in Skibbereen, Co Cork, and twice in New York on trips there) but on each occasion she was gracious, cheerful and engaging .... oh, and and she laughed easily, too. All these things made her a lovely human being, a force for good in this life. I had hoped to see her one more time before she passed away, but covid prevented that. Nevertheless, I will remember her with the greatest of affection. Wishing you, Mary, Margaret and John, and your respective families peace and consolation at this time.

My sincerest condolences Mary, Margaret and John. Your mom meant so much to me and my family and I have missed seeing her since she left Park Slope. She was the kindest neighbor and her hardy hello and smile always made me feel at ease. She will stay with me forever.
