Obituary of Joyce Elizabeth LaGreca

 

Joyce LaGreca of Naples, Florida and formerly of Williston Park passed away peacefully at the age of 84. She was born on August 11, 1938 in Queens NY to James and Jean Ahlfeld. Joyce was widowed when her husband Phil passed away and leaves behind her sister Brenda Calabrese and brother James Ahlfeld. 

Joyce is survived by her children Philip A. LaGreca and Stephen LaGreca, her daughter in laws Andrea and Paula LaGreca, as well as her 4 grandchildren Philip, Deanna, Stephen, and Ellianna.  

Joyce was an administrative assistant working at the Empire State Building for many years and accomplished obtaining her degree from Adelphi University later in life.  She then took on a role working at the university for over 10 years.  Joyce was married to Philip LaGreca for over 50 years where they lived in Williston Park all their married life. 

Joyce had a tremendous love for her family and friends and treasured her grandchildren, nieces and nephews and had a passion for shopping, entertaining and gifting to her family.

She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
