Obituary of Ronald M. Geoffrion

Ronald Geoffrion, 86, of Mineola, NY died on October 5th, 2022. Beloved husband of the late Ann Geoffrion. Loving father to Kathleen, Ronald Jr, Michael, and Karen. Cherished Grandfather to 11, and Great Grandfather to 5. Former professional boxer with 37 fights and spent many years as a member of the Mineola Fire Department. In addition to Fire Fighting, he spent many years as an Athlete playing not only for the MFD but for several Championship Softball Teams. Ronald was a United States Marine Corps Veteran Who Fought in the Korean War. is remembered for his prideful ways and his love for others. Always a man to light up a room, or to put a smile on your face. With a love for good food, wine and the songs of Frank Sinatra, Ronald (Ronnie) will be remembered as living life “His Way”; and to the fullest. Ronald will be buried at Long Island National Cemetery in Pinelawn next to his wife and daughter October 11th, 2022.
