Obituary of Margaret A. Serrano

As per request from Margaret's family, ONLY immediate family members and INVITED guests are invited to the funeral home.  Masks required (NO EXCEPTIONS)  The family has requested others to post a tribute on this website or feel free to send cards to the funeral home that will be forwarded to them.  There will be an inurnment service at Pinelawn Memorial Park in the future.

Calverton, NY resident Margaret Serrano died September 7, 2022. She was 83. Born March 22, 1939 in Brooklyn NY, she was the daughter of John and Mary Paccione. She was a graduate of Franklin K. Lane High School in Brooklyn. She married Jack Serrano in 1959, who recently passed away in 2021. Margaret cherished her family, and is survived by her sister Anne of California, and children, Steve (Patti) of Williston Park and Karen Newlands (Rob) of North Carolina, along with her grandchildren Steven (Susan), Christopher (Amy), Kelsie, and Kendall. Margaret was also very proud of her great grand children Brayden and Emma, both born in 2022. Arrangements for private services are being handled by Weigand Funeral Home in Williston Park.
