Obituary of Elizabeth A Gerner

Gerner Elizabeth {Betty} Passed peacefully on January 21 at the age of 86 on her 63rd.anniversary to her loving husband Bob. Retired as Secretary to the Principle from Searingtown Elementary School after 27 fulfilling years. Touching many lives along the way. She cherished working with the staff,making many lifelong friends and loved interacting with the students. In addition to her husband Bob,Betty is survived by her two sons,Robert{Debra}and Stephen{Karen}and her four Grandchildren,Robert,Samantha,Gregory and Taylor, whom she loved more than life itself. Betty will be sorely missed by all who had the opportunity to meet and know her. Visitation at the Weigand Bros FH 49 Hillside Ave Williston Park NY Sunday 2-8 PM. Funeral Mass Mon. 11:15 AM at St Aidan's Church. Interment Calverton National Cem.
