As an impressionable young teen when I met Maura, I was fascinated by her. She was like fire and ice. She was restrained yet raucous, soft & gentle yet no nonsense, soft-spoken yet strong as nails. We all loved it when she and Sean came to town to visit. My deepest condolences to her family.
