BORSTEL  -   Jacqueline Nancy, 82 , of Mineola on December 29 ,2021. Dearest sister to Karen(Kenneth), Wendy(Douglas), Eugene(Sandy) and Douglas(Paula). Aunt to Karl(Erin), Kyle , Keith(Terri), the late Kenneth , Sydney Anne(Christian), Tripp(Laura), Ashlyn, Andrew(Lisa), and James. Great Aunt to Theo, Santiago, Isabella, Nathaniel, Eloise, Hunter, and Ethan. Viewing will be Thursday, January 6,2022 from 2-4 and 7-9 . Interment at Nassau Knolls Cemetery Friday, January 7, 2022. In light of the Covid-19 surge, NYS and CDC guidelines should be observed. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society or the Little Shelter Animal Rescue.
