Just heard of Mary's passing today. My wife and I live in the apartment that directly faced hers. We moved in, in March 2021 and one day I was sitting out on our balcony and I heard a voice say, "hi welcome to the neighborhood!" We would chit chat a little bit across the way from time to time. She was very friendly and welcoming, my wife and I could tell she was a kind soul. Sad we couldn't meet in person or have a neighbor across the way. Rest easy Mary.

Mary Ann always told me I was her first friend in life. She was my first friend in life too. We met in first grade in St. Aidan's when we were 6 years old and we're still friends after all of these years, to the end. Everyone who knows Mary Ann would agree that she would light up any room with laughter and amusing stories. She was always fun to be with. I will miss my dear friend and all the laughs we had together but will remember her forever. May God bless Mary Ann and may she rest in peace.

I had the pleasure of working with Mary Ann at our condo board. She is a very generous and caring woman. The board would meet at her unit, she will offer us drinks and snacks. She always has the good of the condo foremost in her mind. I remember everytime we met at the lobby, we would have such great banter on how her fav team Yankees were doing against my Mets. I guess I would be missing that. Rest in peace kind soul.

Mary Ann used to tell me that when she passes she will have no regrets since she lived a great life. She loved her family and was so proud of their accomplishments, cherished her friends, was proud of her career, loved to travel and watch sports, and loved to laugh and tell stories. Cheers Doll, you lived a great life, we’ll miss you.

There’s an option here to ‘light a candle’ for Mary Ann, but could any candle burn brighter than the fire and warmth she gave? She was an amazing woman, full of light and love. She made us laugh, and brought happiness to all that knew her. Gonna miss you ‘chick’ xoxo
