Obituary of Phyllis Cialeo

Phyllis Cialeo ,92, of Westbury (formerly Old Westbury) born in Pata, Slovakia passed away on February 28, 2021. She was the beloved wife of Joseph (deceased), loving mother of Joseph (Linda), Michael (Gale), Carole (deceased) and Gail (deceased). She lives on through her grandchildren: Jessica (Jimmy), Christopher, Alexandra, Corey and Michael John. Phyllis loved spending time with loved ones, had a gift for gardening and was known for her wit and chatty nature. She embraced spouses, in-laws and friends, and enjoyed family gatherings and maintaining life long friendships. She will be greatly missed but her spirit and encompassing love will always be with us. Funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, March 3rd at 9:45 am at St. Brigid's Church of Westbury (with social distancing). Interment to follow at Holy Rood Cemetery. A celebration of her life will be planned at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in memory of Carole and Gail. https://www.cff.org/give-today/
