Cotter, William P. (Bill) of Williston Park, and Hampton Bays NY on October 19th, 2020. Passed peacefully joining his beloved wife of 60 years- Jacqueline. Devoted father of B.J. (Marj), Kevin, Ann Marie Smith (Jim), Thomas and Jim (Nikki). Loving grandfather of 13, great-grandfather of 1. Dearest brother, uncle, brother-in-law and friend to many. Retired NYPD Detective/ ESU.
