Dearest Terry, I'm so sad to hear of your passing it's way to soon for you to leave us. I will never forget the great times me, you and Eileen had growing up on Cross Street in Williston Park, we were the three musketeers. You taught us how to play chess when we were 8 and 9 years old. You were so smart for such a young boy, you helped whenever needed with homework or school projects. You showed two little girls how to assemble a hot wheels race track and got us into playing with GI Joe and his jeep and all his army regalia and we loved it as much as we did our Barbies. You shared your brand new purple sting ray with us, no other boy would let any girl ride their new bike, only you. When your brother Peter was away you would play all his albums for us (sorry Peter lol) and would mimic the artists. Our favorite was THE SMOTHERS BROTHERS. How many 8 and 9 year olds played Smothers Brothers albums?! But, that was you and how we would LAUGH, we were always laughing. The three of us would be huddled together on the couch watching scary movies in the dark. We would eat your brothers snacks and you would always take the blame for us. Our Mom loved you too, she treated you the same as us and we all took care of you after your car accident. We got in trouble together too lol. You were a special part of our childhood and we love you very much. You have reunited in heaven with your Mom and mine. Rest in peace Terry.
Love always,
Kathleen Magee Ruta
