You were a very kind, gentle and generous Uncle. I had loved going to your house for bbqs when I was younger and playing with my cousins, playing that self-playing piano in the basement or the piano upstairs. There are many good memories and I wish I spent more time with you in my adulthood, but we've messaged each other and you know how grateful I am for you, and how much you helped my dad, too, in his last years. I know you, my dear dad, Tito Esing & Jong Jong are probably smiling and celebrating up in Heaven. We celebrate you and your memories, and will always love and remember you well. Peace to you.❤

Goodbye and Rest in Peace my dearest and most favorite uncle, Tito Ruben. Our whole family is saddened with the loss. Your truthful, generous and kind heart are what we will all miss. With each win each of us made, you were the person who cheered us on every time. I thank you Tito for the time you have shared with me and everyone in our family, both in the Philippines and in New York, the helping hand you extended every time we needed help. To me, you were always the bridge that made things better, and it is really painful that at your time of need, I cannot do anything but pray and trust God of His infinite wisdom. I will always remember you smiling, as when we were last together here in Manila last February. I’ll see you again one sweet day. We love you! Praying for the eternal repose of your soul.
