Dr Tomas was truly a beautiful soul I knew him for years as he was the family doctor for myself and my mom he was more than our doctor but like family always caring and concerned if he didn't see us in awhile and he would sit in the office during her visits and talk to my mom to lift her spirits up when she was down. May he sleep in heavenly peace. From my family to his we send our condolences.

Dr. Pattugalan was not only a customer of mine but he was a gentleman and a friend. His patients adored him and so did I.
He will be sorely missed but fondly remembered.

I met Dr Tomas, as his patients referred to him, many years ago. His original office was very near where my father worked on Hillside Ave. We shared mutual patients, and he often called me to discuss their cases. Always very concerned about their welfare, as a great doctor is. The one thing I won’t forget about him is that he always had a smile and a pleasantness in his voice despite his busy schedule , which is rare to find these days.

I interned at Dr. pattuglalan office after leaving medical assistance school many years ago. He was very kind and patient and caring. I remember his young daughter and that she was his world and all so his wife. His sister was the nurse there at the time also very caring. Years later I made my husband his patient, because of his bedside manner. My deepest condolences to the entire pattugalan family, it broke my heart hearing this news. Stay strong he is resting in gods arms. All my love- Julieann Curtis

Dr. Tom is a close family friend whom we owed a lot especially when he was practicing his profession at Canlubang, Laguna, Phils because he was all out in medically treating our father who was then confined at the hospital inside the Canlubang sugar field. Dr. Tom will always remain in our hearts & prayers.
May the good Lord welcome you w/ open arms as you finally return home to heaven. Rest in peace. We love you brother Tom.
