Nancy was a dear friend and neighbor since the early 1970's with her beloved husband Jim. Our children attended nursery through high school together and played on may teams together. Jim and Tom were little league coaches together for many years. Nancy was not only a friend to us but also an active member of the community, serving on many committees with the school district and the Village of East Williston Historic Commitee. She was a devoted mother, daughter and loved being with her grandchildren. She fought a brave battle through the years and we will miss her friendship, kindness and great sense of humor. Sincere condolences to Amanda, Nick and the entire family.Love Tom and Sheila Mohrman

Nancy presence added so much to all those who were privileged to know her. As a neighbor, Nancy would do anything to help- no questions asked. As a parent, Nancy loved both Amanda and Nick in a way which was unwavering yet permitted both to choose their own paths for living. As a friend, I could not have been luckier. Nancy possessed a kindness, calmness, caring and understanding that will long be remembered. Yes she had a sense of humor and was always willing to help others right some wrong. This made Nancy even more fun to be with.
Carry on Nancy , you will always be one of the good ones in our lives!
