Obituary of Carol A. Falcone

Carol Ann Falcone, age 87, formerly of Saddle Lakes, Riverhead and Albertson, NY passed away on December 25, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Anthony (Buddy) Falcone. Loving mother of Debra Napolitan (Dennis), Susan Daleo (Frank), John and Steven (Elizabeth). Grandmother of 11 and great-grandmother of 11. Carol was the consummate wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She deeply loved her husband (he predeceased her in 2014) as well as her family; they were her entire world. Her gentle strength, grace and kindness set her apart. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Her family will receive guests at Weigand Bros. Funeral Home on Sunday, December 29th from 4:00-8:00 pm. Funeral Mass at St. Aidan’s Church on Monday, December 30th at 11:15 am. Interment at Pinelawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations to VNS Hospice House, 101 Laurel Road, East Northport are greatly appreciated.
