Obituary of Kathleen A. Dubester

Kathleen Anne Dubester, 69, passed away on November 24, 2019, in Naples, Florida with her husband and children close by.
A memorial service will be held at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Manhasset, NY on Wednesday, December 4 at 10:00am, followed by a funeral at Nassau Knolls Cemetery in Port Washington, NY.

Kathleen was born on May 9, 1950 in Roslyn, NY to Robert and Therese Buck. She attended St. Mary’s High School in Manhasset, and after time to raise her family, received a BS in Education and an MS in Special Education, both with honors from Dowling College in Oakdale, NY. She spent her career teaching and evaluating children with special needs, an ongoing passion in her life.

She resided in Naples, Florida for the last three years. She is survived by her husband, Michael Dubester, 72, her children Lisa Morrison, 46 and Todd Dubester, 44, their spouses, Todd Morrison and Erin Dubester, and four grandchildren.
