Metzger, Joseph F. Jr., 85, of Albertson, NY on August 18, 2013. Proud WWII Veteran who served in occupied Japan, Member of American Legion Post 144, Avid Bowler and shopper. Beloved husband of Dolores "Honey", Cherished father of 4 surviving children and spouses, Predeceased by his son, Loving grandfather of 3 and great grandfather of 4, Loving brother of Barbara (Earl), Loving uncle of many nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass Wednesday 10am St Aidan's RC Church 505 Willis Ave., Williston Park, NY. Private cremation to follow.
