Obituary of Barbara Ann Burke

Burke, Barbara Ann (nee Kennedy) of Albertson NY on August 6, 2018. Beloved wife of Thomas J. Devoted mother of Kathleen A. Kelleher (Stephen), Barbara J. Nelson (Robert), Lorraine Reich (Robert), Thomas F. (Soley) and Theresa M. Yarri (Stephen). Loving grandmother of 15. Cherished great grandmother of 17. Barbara was a Catechist, Eucharistic Minister and active in Marriage Encounter. Visitation Tuesday and Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Weigand Bros Funeral Home 49 Hillside Ave., Williston Park, NY. Funeral Mass Thursday 10:00 am at Saint Aidan’s RC Church. Interment Holy Rood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Barbara’s memory to Herricks Community Center “My Space” or Hospice Care Network.
