Obituary of Michael Jellema

Michael Jellema passed away on December 1st, 2017 at the age of 60 after a valiant battle with heart disease. A lifelong resident of Williston Park, NY, Michael is survived by his loving wife, Mary, and their three adored children, Jessica, Alexa, and Michael, as well as his four siblings, Diane, Teresa, Gary, and Betty. He was the beloved son of the late Martin and Audrey Jellema. To all those who knew Michael, he was hardworking, patient, and so loved being with his family and friends. There was nothing Michael wouldn't do for those he loved, and nothing he wouldn't joke about. His infectious smile will forever be remembered and his tremendous heart can never be replaced. Funeral services to be held Monday, December 4th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Internment Tuesday, December 5th at Nassau Knolls in Port Washington, NY.
