Although I didn't work directly with Rob at Arrow Electronics I sat in close proximity to his group and had many great conversations with Rob and other members of his group, Frank Lewis , Gayle Lesser and Darlene. Rob was a true gentleman with great dignity and thoughtfulness and service to his church and community. We rode the bus to Garden City's schools and he lived only a few blocks away from Maple Street. Our condolences to Debbie and family and he's in the Lord's Grace always.

Rob was the first person I met when I walked into the Arrow offices in Melville having moved from Denver. He was so gracious and friendly that he made my first day something I'll always remember with fondness. He had a major impact on everyone he met and worked with and he always looked out to make sure no one went unnoticed or unrecognized. You are in my prayers.

To the family of Master Franciotti,
Master Franciotti was my karate teacher from when I was about 5 years old until about 10 when I started going to different classes as I got older. We always stayed in touch and I remember taking classes with him when I was in early high school. My favorite memory of him is when Master Ross, Master Whitten, and he were judges at the karate talent show and they would buzz people out, it was very funny. He was a great teacher and had a huge influence on my life and helped me become who I am today. He taught by example. I am deeply saddened by his loss and I offer my sincerest condolences to all of you. He and all of you are in my prayers.
God bless,
Nicolas Castelli

I trained with Rob for many years at Charles Waters Karate. We got our black belts right around the same time. Rob was always so kind hearted and one of the most loveable people in the studio. He was a natural server, always willing to share, help and teach (sometimes painfully when I let my guard down)
He could encourage you with his smile and warmth.
What a deeply painful loss for all of us. Debbie, Michael, Kevin, Lynn......we pray that the Lord would pour out his spirit upon you in this season of grief and sustain you with his steadfast love.

Sending condolences Franciotti Family. I was just wishing Rob a happy birthday a few weeks ago and we chatted about his new adventures. He wasn't my manager very long here at Arrow; but, I always enjoyed working with him, his experience, and his fun stories. I admired that he loved his family enough to share his plans, marital advice, and how proud he was of his children and becoming a grandpa. May you find comfort knowing how much he was loved and admired by all his colleagues, and what an impact he made on those he even only knew briefly. Rob will be missed.

My deepest condolences and prayers to Rob's family. Rob was a pleasure to be around - I worked with him very closely throughout the last year & he taught me so many things. Rob's level-headed demeanor was surpassed only by his knowledge and receptiveness towards others.
Rob and I also happen to have the same name / initials. It was always a fun time when we played the "good Rob, bad Rob" tactic on negotiation calls. May you rest in peace, and thank you, Rob.

To Debbie, Michael, Kevin & Lynn,
My heartfelt condolences go out to the entire family for your loss. I am so sad that he is gone.
I know I don't have to tell all of you how unique the bond the entire contracts team had with each other, bringing each other into their extended families lives, we knew so much that when we saw you we were current with family news and events.
Rob was truly a unique person, a pushover with a great sense of humor yet he would tell you a story leading you to believe he had the personah of a tough guy. That makes me smile.
Please accept our condolence and may our prayers help comfort you.
