I am heartbroken to learn today that I will no longer see his bright, shining light. Such a warm and friendly man. I'm so lucky to have known him and he was definitely someone really special. My best vibes are going out to his sweet wife and daughter.

My prayers go out to Bobby's family. I am Bobby Bigansky's sister. We all grew up together. Bobby will be greatly missed. He always had a smile on his face, love his Beatles and Eric Clapton. May he find peace for all eternity.

He was my brother in service to the FDNY, he was my friend, my sounding board and where I knew I could get an honest opinion when I asked his advice. Working tours with him in Hollis were always filled with laughs and old school ideals. The highest honor i can give to Bobby is that he was a good fireman which he'd understand. I know above all else he had love for his family as we spoke often about it. and i know i loved him as a brother
RIP Bobby cue up the white album

I was very proud of Bobby's service in the NYFD as a fellow old New York boy myself and value the firehouse t-shirts he gave me, especially the 'Hollis Hogs' of Queens. I'm thankful for the help and care he provided to my mom and dad when they moved back to NY and settled in Williston Park. When I visited from Montana, I always enjoyed going to the diners with Bobby, meeting his good friends, telling jokes and 'tall tales' in good fun. As a fellow retired uniform - mine was green - I salute him and the tremendous pride he had for his 'band of brothers' and family.......

Very sorry about Bobby. He was a good brother to his sisters and glad we got to know him through Pat. Wishing everyone peace in time.
