Devoted father of Marian Black, Edward (Marilyn), Irene Small (Joe) and the late Diana Shannon (Survived by son-in-law Bob and Loretta). Loving grandfather of Bobby (Lauren), Chrissy, Danny (Amanda), Aaron (Noosh), Lisa (Tristan), Bonnie and Kevin. Adored great grandfather of 12. Dear brother of Greta Hayhurst. Member of American Legion, Williston Park Post 144. Visitation Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Weigand Bros Funeral Home, 49 Hillside Ave., Williston Park, NY. Catholic prayer service 10 am Thursday at funeral home. Interment Calverton National Cemetery.
