Donohue Richard P. Of Garden City (formerly of East Williston) on April 8, 2013. Beloved husband of Helen A. Donohue , for 57 years. Loving father of Peter of Merrick, LI & his wife Kerri , Paul of Charlotte, NC & his wife Carolyn & the late Lorraine. Cherished grandfather of Kyle, Kelly, Brendan, Gavin, Liam, Nolan, Molly, Will & John. Dear brother of Patricia Hall (James) Richard was past Chief of the East Williston Fire Dept. , served in the U.S. Navy during WWII & was a member of the Albertson VFW. Visitation at the Weigand Bros. FH 49 Hillside Ave Williston Park NY Today 7-9 PM & Thurs. 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass Fri. 10 AM at St. Joseph's Church in Garden City. Interment at St. Charles Cem. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to The INN Hempstead Soup Kitchen 211 Fulton Ave Nempstead NY 11550.
