Obituary of Jessie Jasie

JASIE, Jessie S. (Cohen) of Braintree formerly of Long Island, NY passed away unexpectedly on May 14, 2016 at the age of 40. In her sudden and tragic passing she leaves behind beloved husband Sean P. Jasie and four beautiful children: Owney; Dunnavin; Gavin; and Adelaide. Cherished daughter of Joseph and Patricia (Collins) Cohen of NY. Treasured sister of Jenny Dickinson of MD and Kyle Cohen of FL. Daughter-in-law of Ann Jasie of Stoughton and the late Walter Jasie. Also survived by her brother-in-law Eric Jasie of Pembroke and Denise McMullen of Brockton and many nieces and nephews. Jessie held many special memories of her childhood on Long Island, and she spread love and sunshine to all that were lucky enough to know her. She was a beaming light who brought joy and laughter to so many. Jessie held a very special place in her heart for all animals and loved her time at VCA Animal Hospital, Weymouth. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visiting hours Thursday May 19th from 4:00 to 8:00 PM in the Cartwright-Venuti Funeral Home, 845 Washington St., Braintree MA 02184. Memorial services will also take place the following week at Weigand Brothers Funeral Home, 49 Hillside Ave., Williston Park NY 11596 on Monday May 23rd from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.
