Obituary of James D. Harrington

Harrington, James D. of Rockaway Park, NY on August 21, 2015. Survived by his daughters, Virginia Braster and her husband Kevin and Jill Harrington and her fiancé David Carey, former wife and companion Elyse Nanni Harrington, grandchildren, Robert, Madeline, Alexander, Daniel, Abigail and Rebecca. Also survived by his younger brother Edward D. Harrington and his wife Linda, and their daughters Kaitlyn and Kylie. Pre deceased by his parents James and Ruth. Visitation will be held on Monday from 2-5 and 7-9 pm at Weigand Bros Funeral Home 49 Hillside Ave., Williston Park, NY. Funeral mass Tuesday 10 am St Aidan's Church, Williston Park. Entombment Holy Rood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to Calvary Hospital, www.calvaryhospital.org or Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, www.mskcc.org, specifically make donation "in memory of" and then in "honoree field" add James D. Harrington- for Dr. Michael Morris prostate cancer research.
