Delaportas, Agnes of Mineola, N.Y. on March 12, 2012. Beloved wife of the late John. Devoted mother of Margaret Kitz (the late Harry) and Jerome Delaportas (Catherine). Loving grandmother of Jennifer Caraturo (Frank) and Valerie DiGregorie (Demmy). Adored great grandmother of Sophia Rose Caraturo. Also survived by many cherished nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Weigand Bros Funeral Home 49 Hillside Ave., Williston Park, NY. Funeral service will be held Friday 10:30 am at St Paul's Greek Orthodox Church, Hempstead, N.Y. Interment to follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
