Dear Dina, Mere words cannot express my heartfelt sorrow for your loss. Having just gone through this with you and Joe at my Father's funeral in January, I know only too well the emptiness you are feeling. Joe (and of course you) were such great friends to my Father and our family for over 50 years. I could never thank you both enough. Dear Aunt Dina , I'm so sorry for the loss of your beloved husband. Uncle Joe was a wonderful man! He was always dressed impeccably and always looked so cute to me! He was a presence in my life for as long as I can remember . I love the story of how he and my father were best friends as well as you were with my mother. It is really something special to keep lifetime friends. Both my parents always had such adoring stories. Recently my father and I were reminiscing about the old days in Brooklyn. It was a special time. Your picture with the Crifo family is still out in my father's house. My father so loved his dear friend and enjoyed their time spent together. I know he will miss him terribly. I hope you find some comfort in my thoughts..your friendship with my parents was wonderful.....and I'm sure it will continue... Love, Linda

To Dear Mrs. Crapotta, Charlie, Joey and your families...so very sorry for your loss...Dr. Crapotta was a kind and gentle man and a wonderful eye doctor. We feel a terrible loss with you not being here. We are so very sad & life will not be the same with you gone.
