Obituary of Jacqueline Elizabeth Mercandetti

Jacqueline Elizabeth Mercandetti, age 61, of Garden City, NY, passed away peacefully on April 19, 2024. 

Jacqueline was born in Brooklyn, NY to Jerome and Dolores Trimboli. She was raised in East Hills, NY and was a graduate of St. Mary’s High School. Jacqueline attended Molloy College where she received a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Nursing. She worked as a nurse at St. Francis Hospital in the cardiac intensive care unit as well as at North Shore University Hospital as an operating room nurse. 

Jacqueline was the beloved mother of her daughters Emily and Isabella and son Anthony. She is survived by her husband Mark; her mother Dolores Trimboli; sister Denise Sarian (Tracy); brother Jerome Trimboli (Cheryl); her nephew Peter Sarian; her nieces Elizabeth Sarian and Julia, Christina, and Maria Trimboli. She is survived by her Aunt Kathy Brown; cousins Marshall Brown and Aurora Sprincz. She is preceded in death by her father Jerome Trimboli.
