Fredrick J Wing, 61 of Mineola, New York on November 25, 2023. Beloved husband of Jennifer. Loving father of Erin, Lauren, and Kaitlin Wing. Devoted son of Eileen and the late Fredrick Wing. Devoted brother of Maryann, Catherine, Margaret, Joseph, John, Patrick and Eileen. Uncle of many Nieces and nephews.
Fred was a retired Nassau County Police Officer, and a member of the Mounted Unit. He was a gifted chef, lover of the beach, and will be missed by all who knew him.
