Carney, Eleanor P. of Farmingdale, N.Y., formerly of Albertson N.Y. on April 6, 2016. Beloved wife of the late John V. Jr. Loving mother of Mary Ellen Avellino (John), Jack (Mary), Eileen Schmidt (Bob) and Robert (Katherine). Cherished grandmother of 8, step grandmother of 3 and great grandmother of 2. Visitation will be held on Saturday 7-9 pm and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Weigand Bros Funeral Home 49 Hillside Ave., Williston Park, N.Y. Funeral Mass Monday 10:00am at Saint Aidan's Church, Williston Park, N.Y. Interment to follow at Saint Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, N.Y. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Eleanor's memory to The Hospice Inn, Melville or Saint Killian's Church, Farmingdale.
