Reardon, Joseph H. of Roslyn Heights, NY on December 25, 2015. Beloved husband of the late Evelyn R. Devoted father of Kevin (Chris), Brian (Christine), Maura Gaffney, Sean (Cristin) and Tara Graf. Loving Poppa to his 14 grandchildren. Cherished uncle to many and Poppa Joe to all he met. Visitation will be held at Weigand Bros Funeral Home 49 Hillside Ave., Williston Park. NY on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral mass Monday 11:15 am at St Aidan's Church. Interment to follow at Holy Rood Cemetery, Westbury, NY.
