Michael Denis DeNicola, 85, passed away peacefully at home on May 24, 2026.

Born on March 3, 1941, in Jamaica, NY to the late Michael and Laura DeNicola,

Michael lived his life with passion, dedication, and unwavering love for his family

and friends.

Michael was the proud owner of a construction company and spent his life

instilling the values of hard work, dedication, integrity, and staying true to one’s

word. He was known for his strong character, generous spirit, and deep

commitment to those he loved.

Michael enjoyed cooking, traveling, gardening, and spending time at the beach.

Above all else, he cherished time with his family. Family meant everything to

Michael, and his happiest moments were those spent surrounded by the people he

loved most.

He was a devoted husband to the late Judith DeNicola, dedicated partner to Tina

White and a loving father to Michael, Lori, Elizabeth, and Thomas. Michael was

also a proud grandfather and great-grandfather whose love and guidance touched

generations. He leaves behind many cherished family members and friends who

will sadly miss him and forever remember the joy, wisdom, and laughter he

brought into their lives.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 29, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Life

Lutheran Church. Family and friends wishing to pay their respects and share final

words may attend the wake on Thursday, May 28, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00

p.m. at Weigand Brothers Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Michael’s

memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Michael’s legacy of love, laughter, strength, and devotion to family will continue

through all who knew and loved him. He will forever remain in our hearts.
