On March 2, 2026,Clare Kazimir, aged 97, passed away peacefully at her home in Albertson.  Clare was born in April 1928 in Queens, NY and moved to Albertson in 1962.  She was predeceased by her husband Walter and two children, Carol and Walter. Clare is survived by her daughter Lynn; grandchildren Ashley, Amy and Kyle; and great grandchildren Ava and Tristan.  

An employee of St. Francis Hospital for 40 years, Clare enjoyed her work in the Admitting Department.  She retired at age 89 and enjoyed her time at home watching TV and eating out at local restaurants. 

Clare will be missed by all.
