Evelyn D. Beierlein

October 17, 1941 – February 5, 2026

Evelyn D. Beierlein, 84, of Mineola, passed away peacefully at her home on February 5, 2026.

Born to Walter and Dorothy Maeder, she spent her youth in Queens Village.  Later she married Roy Beierlein and had two children, Janet and Roy.  Evelyn dedicated her life to raising her children, managing her home, caring for her parents and dogs Queenie and Bandit. She enjoyed drawing, gardening, and spending time with family in Lake George.  Most of all, she loved attending her grandchildren’s athletic events such as baseball, football, and soccer and took great pride in their academic and athletic achievements.

She is survived by her husband:  Roy Beierlein; children: Janet and her husband David, Roy Beierlein and his wife Himilce. Cherished grandchildren include Eric Beierlein, Raina Tarendash, Brian Beierlein, and Jonathan Tarendash.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Mass on Wednesday, February 11, at 11:15 AM at The Church of St. Aidan, Williston Park, NY.  Burial will follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park, Farmingdale.
