Irene Evelyn McCann of Albertson, NY passed away peacefully in her home on the morning of January 24, 2026 at the age of 101. She was an active member of St. Aidan's Parish for more than 70 years.
Irene was the beloved wife of the late James Joseph and the beloved mother of the late John Patrick (Barbara née McDowell). She is survived by her sons Robert (Marilyn Palomino) and James; her daughters Marilyn (Ray Canton), Carol (Barry Warren), Gloria, and Teresa (late Timothy Barrett); as well as her 15 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
