Arthur J. Kiernan, 79, passed away surrounded by love, leaving behind a lifetime of memories and laughter. Arthur was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Susan; a proud father to his daughter, Elizabeth; a cherished father-in-law to Ian; and a loving grandfather to Margaret and Walter, who brought him endless joy. He is also remembered fondly by many dear friends who were touched by his warmth, humor, and generosity of spirit. Arthur spent 38 years working as a Paperhandler at the New York Daily News. After long nights at work, Arthur found happiness in life's simple pleasures — enjoying good meals, traveling to new places, telling jokes, and, most of all, spending time with the people he loved. Those who knew Arthur will remember his kind heart, jokes, and the way he could make any room feel lighter just by being in it. His legacy lives on in the love he shared, the laughter he created, and the family he treasured. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
